Week 7, Day 1
This week is Drama Preparation Week. You have brainstormed your drama ideas over the weekend. Today you will storyboard your scenes, and plan and write your scripts. Make sure to use the example script to help you with your format. Check the marking rubric to see how the drama is scored.

Homework:
As a group, write the 1st draft of your Script (5% of final grade). Please follow the script format used in the example script. Remember, each group member’s character(s) should have at least 1 minute of talking time. Due: next class
Create your Props and Costumes.
In clear, legible handwriting, write a 2nd draft of your character description on your Character Profile Page. Include the character’s age, occupation, motivation (What does the character want?), and draw a picture of your character. Due: first class of next week
Complete your Drama Portfolio (5% of final grade). Use the Checklist Page to ensure you have completed everything. Due: first class of next week
