Today we will begin our work on Writing Assignment 1: THE EMAIL. We will look at the important features of an email (P8), look at common errors in a bad email (P9), discuss formal writing (P10), and finally you will begin writing your introduction email.

Homework:
Choose a reading from Chapter 2 (as a group). Read it, complete both vocabulary sentences, and think about your answers to the discussion questions.
Write an introduction email to me (Professor Cadman) on P11. Try to tell me something really original and interesting about yourself, and remember to use formal writing.
